I’ve recently started to use Spotify, which is just brilliant. It has a “similar artist” feature which is great.
So I used this feature the other day and found a band called The Blood Brothers, which sounded interesting.
I checked out their albums and they sound really interesting. They have two vocalists, and one of them sounds like the regular post-punk singer, while the other has a voice that’s hard to explain, but I’ll try anyway: I-don’t-give-a-crap-about-this-so-I-will-sing-like-I-do-not-care-but-sound-like-a-clueless-girl… It doesn’t probably make any sense. Well, I don’t know how to describe it 
My researched did show that the band (sadly) isn’t around anymore. But as Refused so nicely put it: This is the shape of punk to come. I don’t like punk, but I love Refused – and now I love The Blood Brothers too. Sad to see that the original punk bands all break up.
